Eden Spicy Toasted Nori Strips, also known as 'ajitsuke' nori, are deliciously seasoned nori. They make a zesty, light and crispy snack any time of day or a tasty garnish. Nutritious, very low sodium, fat free, versatile and easy to use.

Eden Nori is cultivated in pristine waters of Japan. Nori is hand harvested, pure water washed, finely shredded, and spread over bamboo lined frames. As the nori sun dries, it is transformed into lustrous paper thin sheets of nori. The sheets are then oven toasted, lightly seasoned and cut into small strips. Organic shoyu soy sauce, organic mirin rice cooking wine, barley malt syrup, sea salt, kombu, shiitake mushrooms and chili pepper seasonings create a delicious taste sensation of savory, salty, sweet and spicy flavors.

Enjoy Eden Spicy Toasted Nori Strips right out of the package, or eat with cooked grain, noodles and salads. Great for quick miso soup, spicy rice balls, and bite size sushi.
