  • For Best Preparation: STOVETOP 1. Place frozen vegetables into a 2-quart saucepan. 2. Add approximately 3 Tbsp. of water per 2/3 cup serving. 3. Boil covered over medium-high heat for approximately 5 to 6 minutes or until heated throughout. Season to taste; serve. MICROWAVE 1. Place frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe dish. 2. Add 1 Tbsp. of water per 2/3 cup serving and cover. 3. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes - rotating dish halfway through heating time. 4. Carefully remove dish from microwave oven. Season to taste; serve. Important: Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate.
