• 1 1/3 cups (4.9 ozs.) of dry Mac 'n' Cheese Seasonings will season 1 lb. of dry pasta (sold separately).
• Directions: Cook 16 oz. Whole Wheat Elbows according to package directions, and drain. Return pasta to pan, add 1-1/4 cups milk and 1-1/3 cups Azure Farm Cheese Seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick, and serve. May add 1 Tbsp. butter for richer flavor. Makes 8 cups. Optional: Add cayenne pepper, prepared mustard, or other spices to taste.
