In 1978 Edward & Sons unveiled the world's first Brown Rice Snaps. Baked instead of fried, they pioneered a trend in delicious, healthful snacks. The original varieties of brown rice snaps were created in Japan, where we still bake them according to the traditional recipe. Several newer varieties of brown rice snaps, such as the one you hold in your hand, are now crafted in the USA. We employ a certified organic rice flour blend of 85% organic brown rice and 15% organic white rice in these domestic varieties. Oven baked to golden perfection, these scrumptious snaps are crisp, flavorful and elegant.
