This grinder will process 60 pounds of flour per hour at the low speed of 1725 r.p.m. You can grind all types of grains including corn, wheat, rye, millet, buckwheat, soy bean and rice. The cabinets are hand crafted of the finest lumber core hardwood. The flour drawer is stainless steel and pulls completely out of the grinder to carry your flour anywhere you need to. In the event of a power outage, the grinder can be operated by hand with a crank (not included, but can be ordered directly from the manufacturer). The stones will last for generations. They are now improved self cleaning stones with razor sharp cutting edges made of stainless steel to crack the kernel of grain which eliminates grit in the flour and the wearing of the stones. You can do everything from grind pastry fine flour to crunchy cracked wheat.
