• Suggested Use: Each bag makes 32 oz. Boil 1 gallon of water. Remove from heat and add all four tea bags. After ten minutes, remove the tea bags. Do not boil the tea. Sweeten to taste, if desired (honey works best, but sugar can also be used). The day of desired cleansing, on an empty stomach, drink all the tea continuously for 3 hours prior to time you want to be clean. Tea is effective for 2 hours after finishing. Urinate frequently. Take all enclosed supplement capsules (B-2, creatine and protein) when you have finished 3/4 of the tea.
• Important: Avoid unwanted toxins for a minimum of 24 hours before starting the tea. Drink 6-8 glasses of water and eat well the day and night before. All instructions must be followed precisely.
